Tara came up for a quick weekend visit. As always, we had so much fun hanging out!

Here we go! Patrick is a freshman and Mac is a junior.

In the midst of this crazy summer, Nicki and I slipped away one more time for one more Cubs game! This time with seats right behind home dugout! Unbelievably close. We could hear the players talking!

For our Cubs game trip this year we decided to do another first…back to back games. We did a night game and then a day game in the bleachers the next day. Unfortunately, we had another first…our first loss at a game. It was NOT fun to not be able to sing our song at the end. But even a bad day at Wrigley is better than most regular days!

Mom and I had a great surprise for our birthday weekend…Tara and Tom came! We had a great weekend of movies, dinners and just fun time together. I LOVE family time.

We started with seeing Jurassic World. It was a long year wait, but worth it.
